With WebChartAi, we've applied those same core competencies to automate and simplify multi-client / multi-project annotation workflow management at scale.

Traci leads the team in new client on-boardings/implementations, and her extensive knowledge of the company’s platforms translates into new client start-ups that are smooth and successful.  Over the last seven years Traci has trained hundreds of new users and on-boarded more than 150 companies.    Her dedication and expertise have been the momentum behind many of our success stories.  Traci graduated Magna Cum Laude in Computer Information Systems with a dual degree in Sociology from Milligan University.

Andrew serves as the company's lead developer and software designer. His ethos of pragmatism where possible and innovation where appropriate comes together to drive solutions that are simple and intuitive for users while remaining flexible, modular and scalable. Drawing from experience across several industries, a passion for creating open source software, and rooted in his relationship as a core team member since 2011,  Andrew works to elevate our software at every point in the stack.

Mark founded WebChartAi's parent company in 2005 and continues to provide daily oversight for the company's WebChartMD and WebChartAi brands.  His passion for new product development was first ignited at International Paper Company as a market research analyst and Product Manager.  He has added more than 100,000 users to the various cloud-based platforms he has developed and/or managed in the last 20 years.

Sensitive Data Protection

Protecting sensitive data across all industries is a core responsibility for Xelex Digital.  This includes Patient Privacy and Document Security features required for HIPAA compliance within healthcare.  Our solution employs numerous security and audit features including:


Encryption and password protection

Xelex Digital utilizes the following primary features for Audit and Security:


  • All Web traffic is sent over a 128-bit encrypted SSL channel.

  • All dictations and documents are stored in an encrypted form in the database. A 256-bit AES (Rijndael) encryption scheme is used to accomplish this. The same scheme is also approved for securing TOP SECRET US Government data by the NSA (PDF).

  • All passwords are stored using a one way hash and a random salt value. When users authenticate themselves on the web portal, the passwords entered are hashed as well and only hashes are compared, thus increasing user password security.
